Choosing a tour operator to book tours with can be a little overwhelming, we knew we wanted to hire a guide for our Garden Route tour because I wanted a break from driving and also because I wanted to relax on holiday. My friends from Ireland recommended Rob at Cape Convoy and once I read the reviews the decision was easy. What to add to the reviews already written? We loved Rob! He was funny, knowledgeable and really knows what he is doing. It was just great fun. Recommended without hesitation. We took the tour in November 2019

We did a 5 day private tour with Rob at Cape Convoy. We were two girls travelling alone, so safety was a concern, however, with Rob we felt completely safe. Even when left alone, he told us areas that were safe and areas to avoid. At the time of booking the tour, Rob was very quick to respond to emails and helped us completely customise the tour, adding valuable suggestions. He convinced me to do the Bungy Jumping and while it was terrifying, it was incredible and I’m so happy I did it!! Every single place we visited was a massive hit. All the hotels he put us up in were fantastic and we were very comfortable. In addition to giving us an amazing and memorable tour, Rob has an amazing personality and was very funny and entertaining! This is a truly unmissable tour. We fell in love with South Africa. Thank you Cape Convoy and Rob!
